What is Average Cost on Yoroi?

I am new to ADA staking, while browsing Pool I noticed the column mentioning “Average Cost” when I hovered over it it shows “Real average fees”. This column remains obscure, what does it mean and how should I interpret it when choosing a staking Pool.

In theory it tells you the average cost of the pool, but actually is not very helpful. The ROA is more helpful. If you need help choosing a pool, take a look at the guide I’ve made on my pool site [IPIB]
