In Fund 10 of Project Catalyst, about 60,000 unique Cardano wallets were registered to vote….but only 7900 wallets actually DID vote. Of those, nearly HALF voted for a SINGLE proposal. Many more voted for only a small handful.
We know that casting an informed vote for the HUNDREDS of proposals in a given funding round is not practical for many people. So what CAN be done to increase voter participation and make each participation as impactful as possible?
