No problems. Alerting is relatively straightforward with some scripting & use of RT feeds e.g. from realfi.info, but I take it you’re looking for a tool/platform in which case it just needs to get added to the roadmap for one of those. I thought about building out a platform around this and other related ideas, but you know..
