I’ve found an issue with getting all the transactions for an address using both the web explorer and the api commands. For example:
This call returns only 38 transactions:

The oldest one is from 11/01/2018 21:50:51 (Epoch 80 / Slot 17298)
But there are older transactions for this address, for example, this transaction:
https://cardanoexplorer.com/tx/d9ba7f274aa8b1089206e57ad0c47234e48e853a2c9336a409b02356495ecbca
which belongs to a block created on 10/08/2018 18:50:51 (epoch 75, slot 21078).
