What would stop people from making ghost identities on atala?
From what I understand to create an identity it has to be digitally signed by both the individual and the government.
Ok but it sounds like there’s corruption within the government specific to ghost entities
Could there be a trust system, with a bond involved?
Pgp Web of trust comes to mind also. The best way to verify is to physically verify
There may be a bio-metric component involved by the individual as well.
