Block producing node always stuck at "starting.." epoch is 0

HI,
Regarding synchronize to block chain, is it suppose to be exact epoch and Slot number? Because in the instruction if it is not fully synchronize, I won’t see my fund.
In my case: BP node is slot#334534, block chain is slot# 334358
Am I consider as synchronous to block chain?

U need to run the “sendtip” script for pooltool and then u can check if the node is synced or not

For the moment u can’t use it… I think u will need the API key from pooltool.io but the registrations are suspended

U can get it… but u need the API key from pooltool… and for this u need to create an account on pooltool but for the moment u can’t

Do you mean due to pooltool account registration suspended, so I can’t get the API key?

So back to my original question, is my node sync to the block chain?
Since I am seeing different number from the pooltool and my gLview

Hi,
If my ip address of relay node changed, due to resize memory, do I need to generate vrf key pairs or just resubmit the pool certificate? Is there any instructions/steps for relay node ip address , changed, how to re-register?

Since the BP mainnet-toplogy file changed, am I supposed to generate new key pairs ?
