Can't get tADA from faucet

Hi!
I’m new to Cardano. I follow this course and being stuck at step that request tADA from faucet to make transactions.

I request from faucet successfully but this command doesn’t return any utxo :

cardano-cli query utxo --mary-era --address $(cat payment.addr) --testnet-magic 1097911063

and when i check payment address on https://explorer.cardano-testnet.iohkdev.io/ it says the address doesn’t exist.
