Cardano Indonesia Community monthly activities. Starting from this year, we will give update on what we have achieved every month. So here is our progress in August 2022 :

Cardano Indonesia Community hosted two workshops in August 2022:

Cardano Indonesia collaborates with other eastern hemisphere countries (Japan, Korea, Vietnam, New Zealand, Philippines, East Africa) to organize & host bi-weekly meetup for Eastern Town Hall. For more update see Eastern Town Hall Official Website.

Cardano Indonesia Community has a new community hub in Surabaya, Indonesia. Thanks to @Caliburn @Pamankripto @Fanny_wijaya for their great effort to build Cardano Hub Surabaya. The Meetup Group for Cardano Blockchain Surabaya is now also official. Thank you to @Nicolas from Cardano Foundation for the support to integrate it to Meetup Cardano Pro. Please see their meetup recap in August 2022. Cardano Hub Surabaya will host offline meetup once a month regularly in a coffee shop. If you live in Surabaya, Indonesia, please do join the meetup group here.

EMURGO Indonesia opened a booth in Coinfest Asia 2022 (Bali, Indonesia) on 25-26 August 2022. Several members from Cardano Indonesia Community participated in this event. It’s a great experience to have insight & networking with other chain communities.

Eastern Town Hall and Gimbalabs collaborate together to host Plutus workshops “Gimbalabs: Train The Trainer” every two weeks in Eastern Town Hall Breakout Room. This program is developed to train smart contract developer that can train Plutus in their own native languages later on. Thanks to @CardanoToTheWorld & Sebastian Pabon for their effort to make this program happens.

Conclusion
We would like to congratulate our friends from Surabaya, Indonesia for their new official local Cardano Hub Surabaya 
We hope more Indonesian local hub will grow in the future. We are really happy that more people are coming & actively participate either in Project Catalyst or as developer (Plutus, Atala PRISM, Marlowe).
Other than that, we still do the regular translation for IOG/CF/EMURGO articles and write article in Cardano Forum - Bahasa Indonesia category as usual.
Last but not least, we would like to invite Indonesian developer to join the program from Gimbalabs: Plutus Project Based Learning Summer 2022 Course. And we do have also Gimbalabs: Train The Trainer program in Eastern Town Hall breakout room with Sebastian Pabon from Gimbalabs.
