Local politicians would have to receive a financial incentive to support the technology, perhaps through a pre-mine.
These are the fundamental reasons, why I have invested in Cardano. There is real purpose behind the project and it is inspiring. Amazing, fantastic and enlightening. If you can achieve the goals you have set it would be awesome!!!
