1. Cardano PRIME | RFP Submission Deadline Extended
Cardano PRIME has extended its RFP submission deadline by two weeks, giving builders additional time to submit proposals across its current categories. The current RFP is particularly looking for solutions around yield-bearing stablecoins, token launchpads, oracles, on-chain insurance, user acquisition and distribution, and community engagement.

1. Intersect | CIP Editor | Funded Positions
Intersect is recruiting two funded CIP Editors to support the review and development of Cardano Improvement Proposals. The role involves reviewing proposals, participating in fortnightly CIP review meetings, helping assess consensus, and ensuring that different views are represented fairly.

2. PRAGMA | New Project Applications
PRAGMA supports open-source infrastructure projects for Cardano and beyond and is currently accepting applications from projects seeking to enter its project pipeline. Projects move through a public process covering review, incubation, graduation and eventual acceptance.

III. Governance Participation
1. CAP-12 | Constitutional Amendment Consultation
CAP-12 is currently open for community consultation. The proposal addresses new protocol parameters introduced with the Dijkstra era that are not yet represented in the Constitution’s Appendix I. The amendment adds the new parameters, clarifies their controls and voting groups, and introduces guardrails for security-critical parameters. It is described as purely additive.

2. Three Active Governance Actions | GovTool
Three governance actions are currently open through GovTool, covering treasury funding, stake pool economics, and the network’s target number of stake pools. The stakePoolTargetNum action is an information action, meaning a signalling vote that does not change the parameter by itself.
