Summary

In the second Catalyst School Workshop, Gadjah Mada University students are taken deeper into the Catalyst governance, specifically on becoming an ethical peer-reviewer.

As a recap of the first workshop, the potential monetary values was emphasized to allow newcomers to imagine a different pathway they can take to develop or integrate onto their career or financial aspirations.

By allowing these newcomers these new paths allows them to join at any point and any provided position that fits them the most conveniently.

This is where managing expectations plays a part in marrying imagination and reality. Educating on the ethics on how to generate that potential monetary values will have positive effects besides maximizing the return-of-effort.

The goal of educating on ethics is to reach a higher quality and more critical assessments eventually leading up to higher quality of proposals circulating in Project Catalyst.

Via Catalyst School Indonesia workshop series, we hope more people from our local community would like to learn more about Catalyst & actively participate on it :cardano:
