What’s New?
This time around, we’re thrilled to introduce a fantastic new feature in the Voting App: the ability to export your QR code! While you’ll still need your PIN, this serves as a handy backup for anyone who may have misplaced their original QR/PIN credentials during registration. If you’re ever in doubt, just head over to the settings tab to check it out! Plus, there are more voting related updates waiting for you below.

Voting is now officially open and will remain open for two weeks until Dec 12th, 11 a.m. UTC. We’re looking forward to your active participation in the upcoming Fund13 vote. You can also refer to the Catalyst Knowledge Base GitBook pages to learn more about voting.
So what do you have to do? Make sure to download the latest version of the Voting App from your App and Play stores and get ready.

- Install DbSync and Catalyst Snapshot Tools
- Produce raw snapshot given target slot number
- Process raw snapshot according to the official Fund Parameters
Want to level up in your Catalyst experience, including tallying the results? Follow the rest of the instructions as they get updated here. This information is generally used to independently verify outcomes by fellow community toolings such as LidoNation, SCATDAO, Xerberus, and many others.

How’s the start?
Fund13 is once again off to a great start. Late last night we’ve crossed 1,000 unique #Cardano wallets participating in @Catalyst_onX Fund13. These wallets have collectively cast already north of 30,000 votes worth almost 600,000,000 ada in total. The innovation festival is officially on! Note: A wallet can cast more than one vote but for different proposals. You can retweet this update here as well.
Fund13 Partners shortlist
On behalf of the Fund13 Cardano Partners shortlisting panel, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all proposers and their efforts demonstrated in proposals under the Fund13 Cardano Partners categories. Each proposers contributions continue to play a vital role in advancing the Cardano ecosystem, and we deeply appreciate your commitment to its success.
The shortlist process for Fund13 (Partner track only) was carried out by a panel consisting of 13 individuals representing the Intersect Committees and its working group members from the Cardano community, representatives from Input Output, the Cardano Foundation, and Emurgo. Of these, 10 members were able to participate in the shortlist workshop, where proposals were carefully evaluated based on their alignment with category goals and potential ecosystem impact.
