I factory reset my computer and downloaded and reinstalled the Daedalus wallet. It connected and synced for 10 hours successfully. I have two wallets on the same computer. I tried to restore using the 12 word phrase and received a “no result”. Do I need to restore on a different computer? Please help.
What is “no result”? Can you post the screenshot of what Daedalus is showing you when you try to restore a wallet?
The 12 word phrase was finally recognized in the restore procedure and I was able to restore my wallets. I reloaded a couple of times and it matched my 12 word phrase. The wallet design is great and user friendly. The engineers and developers have done a fantastic job.
