In my own experiences, I’ve noticed that authenticity and attunement play a significant role in creating a sense of community and connection among humans.
For me, it’s not just about the tools and processes, but about feeling seen and recognized by my peers. When we’re able to show up as our genuine selves, we create space for meaningful connection and collaboration. Authenticity breeds trust, and trust is the foundation of strong relationships.
Presence is indeed crucial in fostering a sense of connection, belonging, and purpose. When we feel heard and understood, we’re more likely to feel motivated and engaged in our work. But, I’ve also noticed that inclusion can be a major obstacle. How do we make sure we’re noticing and valuing each other’s perspectives and contributions?
I’d love to hear more about your experiences and ideas on how we can create a more inclusive and supportive developer community. Do you have any strategies for promoting authenticity, attunement, and presence in our workspaces?
