Error when trying to compile new version into a BP

Hello,
I´m trying to upgrade my BP to the newest version but when I compile I´m getting this error

Error: [Cabal-7125]
Failed to build locli-1.35 (which is required by exe:locli from locli-1.35).

I´m using Ubuntu server and all packages are updated.

Any Idea how I can solve this issue, please?
