Please be aware that EU is now looking for Tenders around EDIW - European Digital Identity Wallet.
Cardano and Atala Prism should definitely apply for this.

Please note about 60 M€ in EU funding is put into four large-scale pilot projects (Signicat has core roles in two of them) and development of a reference implementation.
