gLiveView - ERROR with EKG Port

I just installed a new Cardano Node based on the Guild Operators Guide.
Successfully did the same previously on Debian based machines which was working fine.

Now I’m running on a Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS Version which was provisioned through Openstack.
The installation worked fine and also the Chain Bootstrapping worked fine.

If I now try to run cntools or gLiveView I get the following error:

ERROR: You specified 12788 as your EKG port, but it looks like the cardano-node (PID: 3404 ) is not listening on this port. Please update the config or kill the conflicting process first.

ERROR: gLiveView failed to load common env file
Please verify set values in 'User Variables' section in env file or log an issue on GitHub

Firewall is allowing this connection.
I’m able to wget the 127.0.0.1:12788

What might be wrong?

Try journalctl -e -f -u cnode

I decided to upgrade Ubuntu to 20.04 LTS.
This is now running for a while. Will come back tomorrow. I think there is some issue with file handling / permissions. Its not able to run env properly. Also the socket file is missing while cnode is running and syncing. Lets see if the upgrade helps.

Worked in 20.04!
Thanks for your try to help @Alexd1985
