gLiveView not working on Producer node

The node is active, but when I try to see if it’s synced with gLiveView I get the EKG port error.

I updated gLiveView to it’s latest version, I tried to restart the node, I tried to stop the node and then see if gLiveView would work but it gave me the other error.
