Comprehensive and Informed Decentralized Governance: I am committed to sharing knowledge and providing guidance to encourage the active participation of the entire community in Cardano’s decentralized governance, empowering the community to take control of its governance. I particularly focus on the responsibility of voting, as I represent ADA holders who do not have the time to evaluate proposals and make voting decisions themselves.

Transparency and Accountability: I consistently disclose the reasons behind my votes and ensure that voting decisions are made transparently and appropriately. I prioritize proposals that positively impact the development of Cardano and ensure that treasury funds are utilized transparently and effectively.

Promoting Decentralized Governance: I believe that decentralized governance is the foundation for building a more transparent and equitable society. As a DRep, I contribute to shaping the governance processes and structures on Cardano.

Supporting Local Communities: I want to ensure that the Cardano community in Vietnam and other non-English-speaking countries can participate and have a voice in the decision-making process. To support this, I have developed tools like the DRep Tool for non-English speakers and translated DRep documents into Japanese and Vietnamese, broadening participation and enhancing the effectiveness of DReps.

Raising Awareness and Education: I have trained over 40 pioneering DReps in Vietnam and supported the training of DReps in Japan. I continue this journey with the goal of increasing the number of DReps in Vietnam and Japan, contributing to the development of decentralized governance on Cardano. Additionally, I aim to continue educating and raising awareness about blockchain technology and Cardano within the community, encouraging the participation and commitment of ADA holders to Cardano’s growth.

  • Motivation:

I am driven by a strong belief in the potential of blockchain technology to promote transparency, fairness, and decentralization. As a Cardano Ambassador and DRep Pioneer Leader, I am committed to contributing to the growth of the Cardano ecosystem, especially in Vietnam and Japan. I aspire to build a vibrant and inclusive Cardano community where every member can meaningfully participate in decentralized governance.

My passion for Cardano goes beyond organizing events and connecting communities; it extends to fostering innovation and supporting the growth of the DRep community. I aim to bring blockchain technology closer to businesses and universities, helping to create a better and more sustainable future through this technology. The certifications and experience I have gained from Emurgo and the Cardano Foundation demonstrate my dedication to enhancing my knowledge and skills, bringing maximum value to the community I serve.

Community Reviewer: Serving as a Proposal Assessor ¶ and Veteran Proposal Assessor (vPA) to evaluate community proposals.

Co-Organizer, Catalyst Working Group: Coordinating efforts to drive collaboration and innovation within the Catalyst community.

Funded Proposer: Successfully securing funding for initiatives that contribute to Cardano’s growth.
