Hi, my name is Nori. I’ve been around the community for a bit, but I have never really spent a lot of time in these forums for some reason, so I am poking around and getting up to speed on the conversations happening here. I live in Victoria, BC and am just about to take a huge leap to quit my day job and do Cardano and Catalyst stuff full-time. We’re in such exciting times, I need to jump in with both feet!
A bit about myself, I am a stake pool operator (SAMON) and pretty active in Catalyst Swarm, and have a few proposals in Fund 6. I took a swing at being a CA this time around as well, and am now wading through all the Fund 6 proposals and organizing my voting (it’s a LOT of work!!). I am also starting up a local Cardano Community Center, the Salmon Nation Decentralized Alliance, looking to connect with and bring people in my local bio-region into the Cardano community to help solve local challenges.
