so… the BP can connect to the 2nd Relay but the 2nd Relay can’t connect to the BP?
what is the ticker?
So I can connect to the BP port from different client with no problem but when I try from the 2nd relay dosnt work.
ok, from the 2nd Relay can you connect to the 1st Relay?
Nope the BP can’t connect to the 2nd relay and the 2nd relay can’t connect to the BP.
try on BP… .sudo ufw disable… then restart the server (sudo reboot) wait for the BP to start again (do not activate the FW) and check again from 2nd Relay…
yes, from the 2nd Relay I can connect to the 1st Relay
Ok I will try.
After disable the BP fw and restart the server same problem with 2nd relay
and the 1st relay can connect to the BP? Wired… all nodes are on cloud (contabo) right?
so now on BP the fw is off… and u still can’t connect…
But try from ur 2nd relay to telnet on BP ssh port… this port is working?
Yes the 1st relay can connect to the BP and if I telnet from my laptop public ip it works, so strange…
Yes all nodes on contabo.
Yes the fw is off this is why I can connect from my laptop.
No from and to the BP and 2nd relay no connection.
I start to suspect some problem with the contabo routing between BP and 2nd relay.
did u tried the ssh port from the 2nd relay to BP?
From relay
telnet BP_IP BP_ssh_port
just tried not working “telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: No route to host”
from the 1 relay works
hmm are u using the right ip?
try ifconfig /all
hmmm… wired indeed
Try to contact contabo if u did all tests
try also from relay 2
tracert BP_IP
same command from relay 1 … and see/check the differences
Tracer
from 2nd relay " vmi775332.contaboserver/net 3058.641ms !H Resume: pmtu 1500 "
from 1 relay " vmi774564.contaboserver/net 4.979ms reached
Resume: pmtu 1500 hops 2 back 2
It seems has no route th BP… try to contact contabo…
Yes Alex it is wired.
I will post when is fix
Thank you
Alex
This is meaning no route… can u share the ifconfig for Relay2? It has an IPv4 assigned?

Ok, looks like routing issues… wait for contabo reply
Yes I will…
