However it always not connect on cardano network.
And it is hard to download wallet for windows version or mac version on website again.
Is something wrong?

As Adapools.io suggests, please try the FAQ steps for the ‘connecting to network’ issue.
If that doesn’t help then I suggest you contact Daedalus support and send in your logs.
