I can't register my email, for FUND14 it says verifed however error pops up! please help!

i tried everything. i was forced log out and couldnt log back in to my Fund 14 page.
I re registered again, with my wallet and made a new account. However, it said my email was verified but nothing shows up on my profile. I cant send my draft or i cant publish my proposal.
The support seems dead… Nothing for over 2days.
if there is a work around. Please help me

This forum is not the preferred way to contact the Catalyst people, but @dannyribar seems to still be active and can maybe help.

Over 2 days on a weekend doesn’t seem excessive, though, as much as I tend to criticise IOG for everything in other cases.

you are totally right i forgot about the weekend.
I went to support, X, and here. I was wondering if I am the only one having issues.
I hope I can get this sorted out!

Caught up with him via X DMs as well. As it was crossposted - we figured it out together in the end. Yoroi has a non standard implementation of registration which causes sometimes invalid registrations. Also noted here for reference: Fund14 Registration FAQ | Project Catalyst - Knowledge Base

So we recommend any of other wallets for the time being.

Didn’t even realise that this was abot the on chain registration. Since it talked about pages and proposals, I thought Ideascale.

Yeah, I remember the Yoroi problems well. Especially that it used numbers high enough that no conformant wallet app will generate a valid registration for some time and using completely new wallet is the best course of action.
