So, I answered part of my own question. After guessing IOG may have incorporated in either Colorado or Wyoming I went looking:

And… First entry:
Looks like a nonprofit led by IOG staff at an IOG mailing address “ionosphere”. I really do hope all the financials and org chart is open to all members, any ‘overhead’ is minimized, and every position in the company is an elected position. Maybe the Intersect members can vote to reincorporate in a more friendly international jurisdiction?
