Introducing Cardano Swift Pool [SWIFT] Single Pool Operator

Cardano Swift Pool provides stable and reliable staking powered by our own hardware infrastructure and supported by the community

Our staking pool is managed by private individuals who are committed to the principles of decentralization and transparency. We believe that true decentralization cannot be achieved by relying on cloud services such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud. That’s why our pool operates on its own servers, eliminating dependency on third-party providers.

  • Pool infrastructure: Cluster of Dell PowerEdge enterprise servers
  • Pool redundancy: To ensure high autonomy and reliability, we use a server cluster that allows for automatic migration of pool nodes in case of failures or increased load. This guarantees uninterrupted operation, even in the event of unforeseen technical issues. In addition, we have a backup power supply system in place to protect against power outages.
We also regularly create backups of all data, enabling us to quickly restore the pool’s operation if necessary.
We strive to become an integral part of the Cardano ecosystem and actively support not only the main network (mainnet) but also test networks (testnet). We are closely following the development of key projects like Midnight and are ready to implement support for this network as soon as it goes live.
  • Operator experience: Our team possesses the full range of expertise necessary to ensure the pool’s operation and integrate any technology into the production process.
  • Why should users check out your pool?
:black_small_square: Decentralized Infrastructure: We operate on independent servers, without using cloud services, ensuring true decentralization and autonomy.
:black_small_square: Bonus Program for Delegators: We offer a bonus program that guarantees rewards even in epochs where blocks are not produced. Learn more
:black_small_square: Support for Testnet and Mainnet: Our pool supports both the Cardano mainnet and testnet, and we are closely monitoring new projects like Midnight.

At Cardano Swift Pool, we’re excited to introduce our bonus program that ensures you receive stable rewards even if our pool temporarily doesn’t produce any blocks.

How does it work?

If our pool doesn’t produce any blocks in the current epoch, we will treat it as if it has virtually produced one block. In this case, we’ll allocate a bonus from our own funds, which will be distributed to active delegators exactly one epoch later. For example, if no blocks were found in epoch 513, the bonus will be distributed in epoch 515.

The amount of ADA included in the “virtual block” will be based on the average amount of ADA from the last five blocks produced by our pool. The amount of ADA distributed to active delegators will be equal to the block reward minus the operator’s fee, according to the protocol.

Key Conditions:

  1. Active Delegators Only: Bonuses will only be paid to delegators who remain active at the time of distribution. If you plan to leave the pool, please wait until the bonus is distributed before doing so.
  2. Bonuses will be paid one epoch later: If the pool does not produce a block in the current epoch, the bonuses for that epoch will be distributed not in the next epoch, but the one after it.
  3. Bonus Distribution Over the Course of the Epoch: Since bonus payouts are processed manually, they may be distributed gradually throughout the entire epoch in which bonuses are being accrued.
  4. Program Start: The bonus program takes effect starting with epoch 513. If no blocks are produced in that epoch, the first bonus will be distributed in epoch 515.
  5. Transaction Fees: When distributing bonuses, the transaction fee will be deducted from the reward amount. As a result, the final bonus amount may vary slightly for each delegator depending on the size of the transaction fee for their specific payout.
  6. Bonuses will only be paid to delegators whose reward amount, after deducting the transaction fee, is at least 1 ADA. If the final bonus amount is less than 1 ADA, the bonus will not be paid, as the minimum transaction amount on the Cardano network is 1 ADA.
