We are excited to share that the consultation phase for the Cardano Constitution is well underway, with the global Constitutional workshop series already in full swing. So far, ten workshops have been conducted worldwide. The purpose of these workshops, and the more than 50 others planned globally, is to gather invaluable input from local communities, ensuring that their voices shape the Constitutional draft to be finalized at the Constitutional Convention in Buenos Aires this December.
Transparency is at the core of this initiative. All workshops will utilize a new draft of the Cardano Constitution, which the Cardano Civics Committee of Intersect has meticulously developed since the release of the Interim Constitution. We are committed to making all relevant information equally accessible, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive drafting process.

It is also important to note that the Interim Constitutional Committee (ICC) will continue to use the Interim Cardano Constitution and Guardrails to assess the constitutionality of governance actions until a new Constitution is officially ratified on-chain following the Constitutional Convention.
