What does “not connecting” mean?
Fail on start?
Do you see your node initaiting outgoing connections? (try sudo netstat -anlp | grep jormungandr in a command line and watch for ESTABLISHED and SYN_SENT lines/states)
Or does it connect, but you don’t see any progress in the lastBlockDate counter?
