Lost my money when transfering it to my payment address, please help

Hi buddies,

I tried to setup stalking pool here based on the article:

I have setup my payment address and then I ​withdrawn my ADA from Binance using Cardano network.

And I can see my money here:

But when I checked from my server, I can not see it:

I am not sure my vpc syncs successfully with blockchain network or not.
