My wallet is stuck

My wallet is stuck at the “connecting to network” more then 2 days
i didn’t update my wallet
I make all the steps at the support section
1-6 steps and nothing is progress

What OS are you on?

delete the blockchain

user/appdata/roaming/daedalus < delete all
