For example - If we have 3 nodes. Each node takes turns writing, but the oder of who goes when is random.
3 - 2 - 1 . . . 1 - 3 - 2 . . . 2 -1 -3 . . . exc
This is exactly how the whole thing works. Slot leaders are selected at random.

I have miss the registration for stake pool, because it was closed on 31-MAY-2018, any idea in future Cardano will open again these registration or any possibility now for delegate ADA?
That registration was just for the testnet, information on registration and/or other requirements for mainnet stake pools will become available later.
