@ my stake pool small stakers are swithing pools ,outflow of ada is low but block mint stays @ 2 to 4 block a epoch last year pool was 2.2 million stake now @ 1.97 mil does this mean even stake goes lower but mint stays same the group thats stays get higher reward because the ones that had left last year 129 stakers now 122

Im not sure if i understood your question correct, but yes if a pool with 1M stake mints 1 block, the delegators earn higher rewards than at a pool with 5M stake which mints 1 block.
If thats not your question, please rephrase it again 
i mean less members of a pool but the same mint of blocks or even by luck more on the end the stayers gets higher rewards🤔
like my pool that is small in total stake but also there is some outflow of small fish but on the mint side do make on average 2/3 block a epoch but also by luck sometime 4 blocks
active stake is now 1.96 million ada🙂
The amount of delegators is totally unimportant. Its all about the total stake in that pool.
The rewards are distributed in proportion to the stake.
