I have recently had some would-be delegators report that the stake pool ticker [NASEC] is not appearing in their Daedalus wallets.
This is not often the case but these delegators have checked and their Daedalus wallets are in Sync and I cannot find another reason why the pool would not be appearing. The pool does not appear to have been blacklisted etc, can someone please guide me in how I can troubleshoot this?
For a small pool it’s a big deal even just 1/100 delegators not being able to find us on the official platform. The fact that one took the time to tell us is great but I fear we have lost many due to this potential bug.
