I would like to discuss things related to pool operation. These topics always forwarded to Developers Testnets category - but would be better to have a separate category for users who dealing with stake pool creation, etc.

Faucet funding should be part of the incentive testnet.
I rather redistribution of delegates so that more pools be actively involved. Right now about half of the ITN pools are inactive due to low or no staking delegate. The small sample size of pools might restrict test cases in the ITN. Maybe, IOHK can redelegate some of the stake to these pools. If a pool underperforms, the stakes can be taken back and given to another better performing pool. The pools without significant stake in the ITN will not attract the already limited snapshot stakers.
