What are the ByLaws?
The ByLaws are the internal rules that govern Intersect. They define who can be a member, how decisions are made, how voting works, the roles of committees (like MCC), and how the organization stays legally compliant.
Why update them now?
The current ByLaws are nearly two years old. Since then, Wyoming law has evolved, and Intersect has grown significantly. This update ensures legal compliance and reflects how the organization operates today. It is a maintenance update, not a change in mission.
Why your vote matters
Under Wyoming law, members must approve changes to the ByLaws. Without enough participation, the update cannot be adopted.

My personal view
I voted YES. I believe this update is necessary to keep Intersect legally compliant and operationally healthy. This is my personal choice and my duty as a member.
But I am not here to tell anyone how to vote. Each member should review the proposed changes, make their own decision, and vote according to their own conviction. That’s what decentralized governance is about. The important thing is to participate.
