Can someone help me I am thinking of creating a stake pool
So I don’t know where to start
I know the requirements to run the node
but not how many coins are needed there is a website that says 100000 ADA another 10000ADA

I would check out either of the below two guides as a start. In order to consistently mint a block your pool needs a stake somewhere around 2 million ADA at this point. You could get a block every now and again over 200K ADA.
