I think there should be at least 1-2 people beside him who have enough interest in this, so 3 judges would be perfect.

Judging this contest is work. If we have volunteers willing to do it, itâs great.

Define âjudge,â
To vote for the final winners and make some consensus.
For example, if itâs only 1 person to define the winners, it may be just a little biased on that personâs personal taste, so 3 judges would be more objective.
Perhaps 3 judges pick 3 or 5 favourites and then share their selections with each other. If one entry is picked by all then there will be a clear winner. If two are, it would be a clear tie breaker. If none are, it would get more complicated from there but the discussion after the selection process would be where you would decide whether there is a first, second and third place etc⌠or whether the pot just gets distributed between a number of equally decent entries.
Thatâs just what comes to mind now, but it is perhaps a good starting place for a system that you can refine.
