Hello guys, is it possible to learn Smart Contracts with 0 background of programing language,how many time will take to learn Plutus with that sort of “knowledge” :)?

Welcome to Cardano Forum. Instead of Plutus, its better to learn Marlowe for smart contract in Cardano if you don’t have any programming background. It will be easier to learn and you can create a smart contract also. Kindly check the documentation in Cardano official website.
