The era of Voltaire has arrived. As ADA holders, we have delegated our voting power to dReps and entrusted the Constitutional Committee (CC) with the guardrails of our ecosystem. However, power without transparency is a risk.

I am launching a new community initiative titled ā€œThe Community Wants to Know.ā€

:bullseye: The Mission

Inspired by the relentless pursuit of answers in traditional journalism, this series will host live, raw, and unscripted interviews with those holding governance roles in Cardano.

We arenā€™t here for ā€œmarketing speak.ā€ We are here for:

  • Accountability: Why did you vote ā€œYesā€ or ā€œNoā€ on specific Governance Actions?
  • Clarity: What are your specific roles in the ecosystem, and do they conflict with your votes?
  • Visibility: Who are the people behind the handles making decisions for millions of ADA?

:open_file_folder: The Permanent Record

Every session will be hosted on X Spaces and subsequently:

  1. Transcribed: Using AI tools to ensure a verbatim record.
  2. Archived: Full transcripts will be posted here on the Cardano Forum under this thread/category.
  3. Summarized: Key moments will be shared with the broader community on X.

:microphone: How to Participate

  • For the Community: What questions do you have for our representatives? Comment below. I will take the most upvoted or ā€œdifficultā€ questions directly to the guests. Also any Drep you would like to see on as guest on the space.
  • For dReps/CC Members: If you believe in transparency, the ā€œHot Seatā€ is an opportunity to show your constituents why you deserve their delegation.
