What happens after 2020 when IOHK’s contract ends?
How involved will they/Charles Hoskinson remain?
If the system is fully functional that will be decided via the governance mechanisms – basically, the community will decide.
If that’s not ready, CH has clearly said more than once that IOHK will continue working on Cardano until it is.

Most likely renew their contract unless they blow it, which they aren’t. I expect CH to be involved in this project until he’s pushing up daisies.
