I would like to thank the Cardano Foundation for releasing this second post, which came out 2 hours after my comments above:
This second post was exactly what many community members & SPOs and I were hoping for, and does in fact validate their statements that were made in the above release. Certainly both messages from the CF were worked on for some time, representing both consciousness and care for our SPO and greater Cardano communities.
If my original comments in the posting above above sounded harsh and critical, it was an unfortunate matter of timing. My own message was posted in good faith and I remain in confirmed optimism that the CF will also join the discussions of the two proposals above, in ongoing support of our stake pool community as it continues to grow and diversify.
