Yoroi + Ledger: Not able to withdraw rewards or send

As the title states, having issues with any type of withdrawal, rewards or to another platform. Sent BTC from Ledger Live without issue. All apps/firmware are updated to latest. After the confirmation transfer page appears is when the transaction fails.

Ledger over Bluetooth: Cardano App v2.4.1
Android Mobile Yoroi: 4.4.1
