The tech support team received a total of 475 tickets, out of which 198 were successfully resolved and the remaining 277 are being followed up.

Where tech support team receives the tickets from? Here in forum?

No, not here. One source is https://daedaluswallet.io/faq/#support, I don’t know of others but they might well exist.

There have been delays to the ‘incentives’ activity and this may impact planned decentralization (Shelley release) and staking timelines if there are further delays in the near term

“This is the latest it can be pushed before it starts to block planned progress on Decentralisation.” I understand that this planning rescheduled doesn’t block planned progress yet. Am I wrong ?

@regisg Agree. We had expected this activity to be further along, given the expectation for stake pool testnet to be launching soon and this would be a dependency. It’s very good to have this transparency and hopefully a back-to-green plan can be executed effectively

The most important update is incentives !

When are you going to fix the wallet. Been over a month and I can’t access my coins.

I really like their update structure. Reminds me of internal comms you’d send for other teams after a sprint retro. Same with their roadmap structure. One of many aspects of ADA that resonates with my inner engineer.

I hope Daedalus 0.9 could be released ASAP.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with your wallet.
Have you tried the FAQ steps or contacting the support team?

It’s a pity you got such troubles and it’s good to know you could find a solution by yourself.
