IOHK has been building a Technical Support Desk as another resource to help Cardano users with issues they are facing or to learn more about the project.

But they need your help!

Some of the support articles need improvement so they have a [needs improvement] link in them. If you can help us improve an article, please send the link to the article and your suggestions to the Technical Support Desk using the Submit a request form.

I can’t figure out the daedalus “wallet” it never syncs to my mac and whenever I try it takes days and renders it unusable in the process. There has to be a better way!!!
