500 M ADA in pledge missing from IOG pools?

Hello,
I can see that 7 private IOG stake pools have about in total 500M pledge missing (adapools.org). Does anyone know why is that? Are they selling?

They’re delegated to community pools, dividing into much smaller chunks, look at this transaction for example for one of the pools.
