Yes, Trust wallet is very often unreliable it seems. We get loads of these questions. (But things are safe on the chain, it’s just the wallet app not synchronising properly.)
Eternl, Typhon, and Lace are all compatible and can import the 12 word seed phrases from Trust wallet and you can immediately see and control your wallet from them.
