Hello fellow Cardano enthusiasts,
I am interested in starting a web wallet for ADA. It’s not the right option for everyone, but I think it would have significant value to some people.
Two questions:
1.) Is there any legal or engineering reason not to do this?
2.) Would you like to be involved?

I would like to participate, but I lack both skill and time.
Maybe it less security? If you use a web wallet, you have to connect to a remote node server. It’s the same problem of a mobile wallet app. You can use those things only when you trust the service provider.
There will be a need for a Metamask style web wallet for Cardano. Cardano should be doing all the same Web3 kinds of things as ETH, so this will of course be needed.
@sharkspeed - Yeah, there will definitely be some security issues to work out. Trust will probably just build with time.
