Can ATALA be the stable coin for ADA?
Atala is an enterprise blockchain and a separate platform from Cardano. ADA is Cardano’s native currency. From my understanding (which can always be wrong), the stable coin planned for Ethiopia will be built on Atala. Cardano and Atala is planned to be interoperable under the Cardano ecosystem from what the IOHK says.

Atala is a permission ledger technology rather than a stable coin, there may be stable coins implemented on Atala, that could be interoperable with the ADA mainchain.
