Hey,

Are there any improvement proposals that allows creation of a user wallet that is specific to an application such that application would have the authority to create transactions on behalf of the user?
Or is this a dumb idea?

That’s basically how exchange wallets work. You don’t need a CIP for that. Just create a user interface for a wallet and decide how much they control over UI vs. how much you control.

I think Tokehun NFT market already implemented a form of this.
