Can't register for voting. Won't decrypt QR code

Followed instructions in Catalyst daedalus wallet and scanned the QR code but it never decrypts. Just has the spinning icon likes it’s trying.

Redownloaded app, went through whole process again. No luck.

Anyone else having problems. I really want to vote!

If I’m not mistaken, the next round of voting for Project Catalyst will start in mid Feb.

So you can only register at certain dates??

Yes, registration & voting will have particular time windows for completion. I believe registration start Feb. 17.
