On December 29, 2025, I had the privilege of serving as a judge at the Cardano Tech Africa Summit Hackathon held in Northern Ghana. Before the hackers presented their ideas, I delivered a keynote on building real-world impact with Cardano.
It was a meaningful moment to share with participants the importance of developing projects that address our local challenges, and to discuss how blockchain should be perceived going forward, especially as Ghana has legalized blockchain education, advocacy, and crypto trading.
My sincere thanks go to the organizing team, WADA, and the Northern Hub Lead, Mr. Solomon, for their excellent coordination. Nairobi next month promises to be exciting, based on the ideas already in the works. Africa will ship great ideas through this Summit.

Hello @seiduziblim
I truly admire your involvement in this important stage of selecting the best ideas to ensure the continuity of the CATS 2026 hackathon preparations in Nairobi.
I am also impressed by your speech, where you emphasize the need for participants to build solutions that are truly usable by the community and sustainable over time.
Your message deeply resonates with me and the key lesson I take from it is that developers should focus on feasibility and long-term impact, rather than over-engineering solutions that bring little real value to local communities and the Cardano blockchain.
Kudos again.

This is amazing.
Africa needs to build more products that is powered by Cardano. That’s one of the ways to make Cardano relevant in the society.
Nice work you have here.
When the time comes I will invite you for Nigerian Hackathon
